Stayed at a good-sized and budget room with an extra bed and a good shower, as for instance. The staff team was helpful and attentive at any time. The location was convenient and unbeatable: shopping malls and a large shopping mall were within walking distance. Brickfields district was worth exploring.

We had a great stay in a hotel near a major transportation hub and a shopping center. The hotel's location is ideal for travelers, with easy access to various modes of transportation such as monorail, LRT, ETS, and KTM. The hotel's cleanliness impressed us, as did the reception staff who warmly greeted us on arrival. In addition, there were many restaurants and convenient shops nearby, so everything was very convenient for us during our stay.

The room design was modern. It's a short walk from the venue to abc bistro cafe, where you can grab some coffee and treats. The hotel is conveniently located next to downtown, just a 10-minute walk away.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a good shower, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was near the train station, shopping mall & food stalls. Tried some nice meals at Kasmir Valley, located within short walking distance to the property.

Over the christmas holidays, my stay at a hotel in KL was an enjoyable one. the staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, which I appreciated. the location of the hotel was great because it was near to many restaurants and shops. Another positive aspect was the free parking available, which made it very convenient for me.

There were a few things that could be improved. the lift was old and in need of an upgrade.

Overall - safe and extremely convenient place with really friendly staff especially receptionist. Ideal, comfy location right near the monorail. And just next door to several Indian restaurants, and KL railway station.
